Hispalyt Project Contest 2020-2021 and TFM and TFG AwardsStudents from the School of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Zaragoza have been awarded both in the last contest of the National Prize of the 2020-2021 Project Contest and in the TFM and TFG Awards of the Hispalyt Ceramic Forum, some of them Eduardo's students.

The objective of the Project Contest is to reward students from the Spanish Schools of Architecture, who carry out the design of a project with talent, on a specific theme that changes each year, in which ceramic materials are an important part of it. This 2020-2021 academic year, the theme of the Contest consisted of designing a Bonsai Pavilion in the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid, with exposed brick facades.

The purpose of the TFM and TFG Awards is to promote knowledge and reflection on ceramic materials among students who have completed their Final Master's Thesis (TFM) with exposed brick, and among students of architecture / technical architecture, postgraduate and professors, who have completed End-of-Degree Projects (TFG) or research texts related to exposed brick.

Among the students of the University of Zaragoza who have been awarded, it is worth highlighting:

  • Eduardo López Bruballa and Miriam Pascual Anguita, as winners of the First National Prize 2020-2021.
  • Óscar Antón Saiz, winner of the First Prize in the TFM category, with his proposal "Entre miradas".
